on 24 volts through a plug-in converter. Surface temperature
of 85° - 90° F provides heat to a standard seed flat or tray for seed germination and growth. Just place your tray on top of the sealed plastic mat. Raise or lower tray from
mat with wood strips to regulate temperature.
