(Organic) The most popular pickling cucumber for pickles of all sizes. Very productive. About 6 inches long when fully grown. The straight, symmetrical fruit has an attractive color and firm, tender, tasty flesh. This packet will plant approximately 20 hills.
PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS
In full sun, sow 5 seeds over a hill 12 inches tall and 2 feet across with well-drained soil. For smaller gardens, plant alongside fence or trellis. When plants are 2 inches tall, thin to 3 plants per hill. Plant at 3 week intervals up to midsummer for fresh cucumbers all season. Keep fruits picked.

Start seed indoors 6-8 weeks before last killing frost in spring. Or, sow 2-3

CARROT,

(Organic) The cylindrical carrots are very sweet and flavorful, with a lovely
orange color even when very young. The closer you plant the seeds, the smaller
your carrots will be. This packet will plant approximately a 30 foot row.
PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS
In full sun and well drained soil, sow 3 seeds per inch in the row. Cover seeds
firmly with soil. When plants are 2 inches tall, thin to 2 inches apart in the
row. For fresh carrots all season, plant every 3 weeks until 75 days before first
fall frost.

Too much water can cause carrots to crack. They should be kept weeded (a clean
mulch can reduce this job). Also, place soil lightly over exposed roots to prevent
