What are the delivery charges for orders?

Delivery charges vary by items ordered, the weight and dimensions of the shipping box, and the distance your package must travel. Since we only ship via UPS ground delivery, shipping rates range from as low as $10 to as high as $500 per order. Click the “calculate shipping” link to check how much it will cost to ship the items in your shopping cart. You can then add your state, city, and zip code for the most accurate UPS shipping quote.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal payments. In fact, as long as your credit or debit card has a Visa or MasterCard logo, you should be able to complete your purchase.

How long will delivery take?

Generally orders are shipped within 5 – 7 business days from the receipt of your order. However, during our busy season orders take longer, between 7 – 14 business days from the receipt of your order. Our busy season is from the begining of February through the end of April. Please allow a full 10 days to pass before contacting us regarding the status of your order.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website uses the Internet-standard encryption technology called Hypertext transfer protocol Secure, more commonly referred to as HTTPS. What is HTTPS? Hypertext transfer protocol Secure (HTTPS) is the secure version of HTTP, which web browsers use to send data back and forth between your computer and our website. HTTPS provides additional protection for sensitive information like bank accounts or email services by encrypting it to be easy to read while it’s transported over data networks. This means that you’ll see a little lock symbol next to the URL address in your web browser.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can quickly check the status of your order on the MY ACCOUNT page if you created an account before or during checkout. For customers who purchased as a Guest” without creating an account, please click the ORDER LOOKUP link. Enter your Order ID and billing email address to fill up the details of your order. Please keep in mind that orders placed during the busy season from February to April may take up to 10 days to ship from when you placed your order.

How can I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel an order that has left the warehouse production facility. You can cancel any order as long as it has not shipped yet. If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please use the above contact form or call us at 347-587-3277.
